Teaching children to take the inspiration from their learning experiences and daily observation for
their art creation is the subject focus of the school art curriculum. The way that the artist uses the moving
perspective method to depict the vivid facial expression and dynamic actions movements of the unicycle
riders on the stage showcase a reflection of innocence and simplicity of his mind. The panoramic scene that
includes the audience seating, entrance and exit passages, and fluttering colorful flags is a reflection of his
memories of the environment through his observation, as well as his cognitive and internal psychological
expectations and imagination.
This unique perspective makes the picture akin to the artist's experience or the feelings at the time of
watching the performance. However, it also presents a holistic expression of a life experience and detailed
observation skills which concretely display the free and forthright characteristics of a typical third grader. |
